Top 3 responsibilities
Architect and implement daily and nightly FPGA/regression pipelines; ensure scalability and reliability
Develop, maintain, and execute smoke tests, functional test cases, and qualification workloads for FPGA designs and toolchains
Identify root causes across RTL, constraints, tools, and platform dependencies; integrate tests into unified infrastructure and reporting
Must-have skills
Strong hands-on FPGA design/build flow knowledge (synthesis, P&R, timing, bitstream)
Experience creating/test standards for qualification, deterministic and scalable tests
Proficiency in automation, scripting, and orchestration; familiarity with CI/CD integration
Experience with hardware bring-up, platform-level testing, or silicon pre-/post-silicon flows
Ability to collaborate across multi-team, distributed groups
Nice-to-haves
Large-scale FPGA farm or datacenter validation experience
Monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
Cross-functional collaboration across tool vendors and internal teams
