Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Functional Engineer to support a product delivery POD. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in functional testing, both manual and automated, with a focus on quality assurance best practices across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support QA efforts within the team and offshore group.
Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases/scripts, and test reports.
Execute manual and automated tests; log, track, and close defects.
Perform exploratory and regression testing.
Validate UI and UX responsiveness across multiple devices and screen sizes (iOS and Android).
Conduct visual regression testing and perform testing on emulators, simulators, and real devices.
Manage test data effectively to support quality test cycles.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and testers in an Agile team environment.
Support Test Automation Engineer in continuous test automation efforts.
Contribute to QA process improvements and chapter-wide innovation initiatives.
Ensure testing aligns with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitbucket or Azure DevOps.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
