Your Impact

  • We are seeking a QA Lead to lead our Quality Assurance efforts and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform. This role will involve building a team of QA engineers, building robust test strategies, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases at scale.
  • As the QA Lead, you will be responsible for shaping our QA processes, ensuring automation-first testing, and championing quality as a culture across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Build a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
  • Define and drive the QA strategy, roadmap, and best practices across the engineering organization.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams to align quality processes with product goals.

Process & Execution Establish and maintain test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks. Drive automation for regression, performance, and integration testing to improve efficiency. Ensure comprehensive test coverage for microservices, APIs, and UI. Own the release validation process, including sign-offs for production deployments.

Quality & Monitoring

Set up metrics and dashboards to track product quality, release stability, and defect trends. Work with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Kibana, Prometheus, Nagios) to identify and prevent issues before they impact users. Establish processes for root cause analysis of critical bugs and production issues.

You'll Thrive If You Have

  • 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, PyTest).
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
  • Strong knowledge of microservices testing, performance testing, and security testing.
