Stack/tools: ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM); automation testing frameworks (Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, other open-source); agile tooling (SDLC, JIRA, TFS); test planning and metrics tooling
Create, maintain, and automate test frameworks; design and execute comprehensive test plans
Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define testing strategies; collect and report quality metrics
Establish quality standards/processes; apply varied testing techniques (unit, integration, automated); track and address issues
2–3 years QA experience
ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory)
Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM)
Proficiency in automated testing (Java, Selenium, JUnit/TestNG) and agile methodology
Strong communication skills
Experience with SDLC tools (JIRA, TFS) or equivalent

The opportunity
We’re looking for QA with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation to join the EY GDS ServiceNow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.
Your key responsibilities
Experience in ServiceNow Platform and expertise in modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, ITOM Create new and maintain existing automation test frameworks. Collect and report quality metrics from test execution. Establish quality standards and processes. Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them. Generate comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them Experience working within a wide variety of automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open-source projects. Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams. Have a deep understanding of various testing techniques (e.g. unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect - including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues. Strong communication skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in a QA role. ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories. Knowledge about ServiceNow’s latest version’s features.
