Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Engineer (mid-to-senior level)
Stack/tools: Basic computer skills; word processing, spreadsheets, project management software, databases; testing and validation of manufacturing systems; documentation and QA procedures
Review product and application specifications to determine required validation and documentation for manufacturing equipment and customized products
Conduct testing, analysis, and validation of solutions and advanced manufacturing systems

How You Will Make An Impact
As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will work closely with Quality Control, Customers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that solutions in development and in production meet the needs of our customer base and are compatible with the regulatory environment of our industry.
Review product and applications specifications, determining required validation and documentation for manufacturing equipment and customized products. Testing, analysis and validation of solutions and advanced manufacturing systems. Development, coordination and management of project plans, ensuring completeness, and compliance within Quality Assurance specifications. Coordinate and develop procedures to maintain best practices for testing and analysis in Quality Assurance manufacturing systems. Ensuring optimized technology is utilized throughout the manufacturing processes, supporting efficient and lean manufacturing processes.
The Skills And Experience You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Materials Engineering or equivalent technical discipline. The ability to utilize basic computer skills is essential including the use of word-processing, spreadsheets, project management software and databases. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, to internal parties as well as those external to the organization.
