Role & seniority: Test Center Administrator (entry to mid-level), reports to Test Center Manager
Stack/tools: Windows-based PCs; MS Office (Outlook, Explorer); standard test-center security tools; fingerprint scanning (if applicable); general lab/office equipment
Greet examinees, verify identification, and ensure a fair testing experience
Monitor exams, apply test-center policies, and maintain security/safeguard against misconduct
Perform security checks (e.g., wand screenings), manage test materials, and report issues with urgency
1+ year customer service experience (in-person)
Professional communication and ability to write accurate reports
Multitasking, ability to operate Windows-based software, and basic equipment handling
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move through test rooms during supervision
College experience
Prior exposure to test-center or high-security environments
Location & work type: Ashwaubenon, WI; full-time with varying hours; open Mon–Sat 7am–6pm (Saturday required); occasional evenings or Sundays; flexible scheduling; 2 weeks’ advance schedule notice

Schedule: Site may be open Monday through Saturday 7am to 6pm. Saturday availability required. Occasional evening hours required. Possible, Sunday hours. Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - between the hours of 7am and 10:00 pm. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. Schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
