Job Description: ServiceNow Tester/Test Lead Exp- Min Experience 4 yrs. Test Lead 5+ years) Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, OMT, Data Imports, Customer Portals, End to End Workflows for customer experience, and custom applications. Lead functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with business requirements. Design and automate test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and architects to identify test scenarios, validate requirements, and ensure quality deliverables. Track, document, and report defects while working closely with development teams and project leads to drive timely resolutions. Establish testing best practices, regression test plans, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
