We’re looking for a Senior QA Architect to join an elite engineering team and play a key role in defining and driving quality standards for a large-scale B2C product. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on quality leader who can shape strategy, influence teams, and ensure excellence across the entire product lifecycle. What you’ll do Lead quality efforts across multiple interfaces, serving as the main point of contact for all quality-related topics Define, implement, and manage QA processes, promoting a quality-driven culture Set the overall testing strategy and tooling (integration, regression, automation) Champion an automation-first mindset, working closely with developers to ensure testability and observability Orchestrate both manual and automated testing across mobile and backend systems Perform root-cause analysis for escaped bugs and drive continuous improvement Track and analyze CI quality metrics (build stability, flakiness, coverage) Guide decisions around test environments, mocks, test data, and production parity Collaborate with centralized quality groups to ensure end-to-end coverage What we’re looking for 7+ years of experience in QA roles, including hands-on automation Proven experience building and leading QA practices for large-scale B2C systems Strong experience leading testing for mobile applications Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates Strong system-level debugging skills (e.g., Crashlytics, ELK, Android Studio) Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders Big advantage Experience using AI technologies to improve the testing lifecycle Background in software development or test leadership 📩 Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
