How You’ll Make an Impact Lead, assign, train, and support team members to achieve daily goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Monitor and meet KPIs for safety, delivery, productivity, and efficiency. Schedule and execute test and warranty plans, minimizing backlog. Collaborate with ITM teams to integrate lean manufacturing practices. Resolve technical and logistical issues to improve operations. Manage timekeeping and maintain accurate employee records. Compile and analyze test performance data and share key insights. Your Background Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and implement solutions. Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles. Strong communication and coaching skills to support team success. Experience coordinating technical testing or warranty-related activities is helpful.
