Your Tasks
Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Warranty team, including local budget and headcount responsibility Independently identify, analyze, and manage warranty cases from technical and commercial perspectives Act as key account lead for warranty topics for assigned customers at group level Evaluate and approve warranty costs; ensure accurate financial assessment and transparency Develop, implement, and continuously improve warranty processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements Oversee product requalification activities within the assigned scope, ensuring proper planning and execution Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional knowledge transfer (read-across) Develop efficient and effective test strategies in close collaboration with business units
Your Profile
Degree in the field of technical sciences Extensive experience in warranty management, quality or customer-facing technical roles Strong understanding of warranty processes, cost evaluation and financial impact analysis Solid technical understanding of electronic products, components and production processes Experience in automotive production environment Proven leadership experience with functional and disciplinary responsibility Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident in cross-functional and intercultural environments Fluent English is required
