Role & seniority: Senior medewerker; Full-time sales/technical role focused on territory and account management in Benelux.
Stack/tools: Salesforce CRM; familiarity with electronic measurement and testing instruments (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes); cross-functional collaboration with R&D, application and solution engineers.
Develop and execute the territory and account sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and onboarding new ones across multiple industries.
Engage strategic customers to understand technical needs, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue by positioning Keysight hardware, software, and integrated solutions; collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Strong sales or technical experience in electronic measurement and testing systems (RF, digital, photonics).
Knowledge/experience with spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes; familiarity with radar, EW, telecommunications, digital, automotive applications.
Experience using Salesforce CRM and account management methodologies.
Fluency in English; valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
Fluency in Dutch and/or French (Benelux market).
Background in complex B2B solution selling or defense/automotive R&D.

Strong sales OR technical experience in electronic measurement and testing systems (e.g., RF, digital, photonics). Knowledge and/or hands-on experience of instruments such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and oscilloscopes. Familiarity with radar, EW systems, telecommunications, digital, and automotive applications. Experience using Salesforce CRM and account management methodologies. Fluency in English. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage given the multilingual Benelux market.
