Support Center - Irving We are seeking a skilled Sr Software Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance, preferably within the retail technology sector, and a proven track record of ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. As a Sr Software Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of retail technology products. Major Activities Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and standards for retail technology solutions. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on project requirements. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate software functionality and performance. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects found during testing using defect tracking systems. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on quality goals. Participate in release planning and execution activities, including release testing and validation. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance and retail technology.
