DESCRIPTION
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and strategic Cross-Functional Test Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of our retail solutions by taking full ownership of the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of processes for end-to-end integration testing. This means you will not only define the comprehensive test strategy but also orchestrate its implementation across diverse systems for Stores Applications – from Point-of-Sale and inventory management to payment systems and customer-facing applications – ensuring they seamlessly integrate and perform flawlessly in a real-world retail setting. Your efforts will directly impact the reliability and success of our in-store technology, directly contributing to our customer and employee satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in CS or equivalent work experience performing Web manual and automation testing. Expertise in designing and developing test automation frameworks using language like Java and Selenium or Playwright and Typescript. Strong experience performing API testing. Experience leading a team as a QA lead.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Expertise in retail technology with a deep understanding of in-store operations Experience with Mobile Applications testing Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally.
