Role & seniority: Test Center Administrator (Part-time, non-management role) reporting to Test Center Manager; based in Topeka, KS.
Stack/tools: Microsoft Windows-based programs (MS Office, Outlook, Explorer); test center security equipment (wand scanners, fingerprint if applicable); standard test center hardware and site processes.
Greet examinees, verify identification, monitor exams, and enforce test center policies to uphold exam integrity.
Perform security checks, monitor candidates during testing, and safeguard center materials; address issues with urgency.
Maintain a secure, fair, and comfortable testing environment; document incidents and ensure proper reporting.
Strong customer service experience (in person) and professional communication.
Ability to multi-task, write detailed reports, and interact with candidates and staff.
Proficiency with Windows-based software and standard office tools; ability to operate test-center equipment.
College experience; prior experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and potential evenings; ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Location & work type: Topeka, KS; part-time (20 hours/week, with potential additional hours as needed); schedule varies across Monday–Saturday, 7am–10pm, with Saturday availability required.

Schedule: Site may be open Monday through Saturday 7am to 6pm. Saturday availability required. Occasional evening hours required. Possible, Sunday hours. Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - between the hours of 7am and 10:00 pm. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 20 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed. Schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
