The NL office is located in Eindhoven, but the ambition is to open multiple locations in the Netherlands. Context
As a System Tester, you play a key role in ensuring that complex systems and modules meet quality, performance, and safety standards before they reach customers. You combine technical insight with a strong analytical mindset to validate system functionality and support continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
Perform functional and system-level testing on complex equipment or products.
Verify performance against specifications, requirements, and quality standards.
Document, analyze, and report test results, findings, and deviations.
Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis across hardware and software domains.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, projects) to resolve issues and improve processes.
Contribute to improvements in testing methods, product quality, and operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table
A technical background (e.g., Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or similar).
Experience with testing, validation, or commissioning of technical systems is a plus.
Broad understanding of mechanics, electronics, and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Ability to work in a structured way in a dynamic environment.
