• The Quality Assurance Analyst Lead (Payments) is a career‑driven quality professional with strong expertise in payments testing across Cards, Schemes, and transaction processing systems. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a high level of ownership, quality focus, and analytical capability.

What you will be doing

• Develop, maintain, and keep up to date the manual and automated test scripts, data sets and other test artefacts required to execute the test plan
• Conduct and facilitate test plan/case reviews with Internal and External stakeholders
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
• Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written forms
• Track and monitor defects in JIRA, schedule defects triage with the development team as required

What you bring

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a testing with Payment’s domain
• Good to have experience in IST Switch, (MAS), IST/Clearing (CLR), Data Navigator, Connex, IST Epay, Event Broker, Code Connect

Experience in the following Applications: IST/Merchant Account & Settlement Knowledge of network message standards - AS2805 or ISO8583. Test Management tools knowledge - Test Rail, JIRA, Zephyr or any similar. Test Simulator tools knowledge – FINsim (Paysim), Bruno or Postman, SOAP UI, OTS, Mastercard Authorization Simulator (MAS), Amex ATS and VISA Test System – VTS. Hands‑on testing experience with multiple card Schemes – Mastercard, Visa, Amex/JCB, Diners/Discover, UnionPay and EFTPOS. Strong background in payments testing, transaction flows, authorisations, clearing, settlement, and dispute/chargeback processes Good understanding of standard SDLC and all types of testing (e.g., FT, SIT, UAT, etc). Knowledge with engineering tools such as Jenkins, Confluence, JIRA or similar.
