Naturally, the QA team plays a critical role, and enechain aims to build one of the top-level QA teams in Japan. To achieve this, the following initiatives must be pursued to improve the organization through various solutions

■ Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the QA team, including

• ・Creating test plans to ensure product quality
• ・Designing, executing, and reporting on tests
• ・Providing suggestions and improvements to the development team to maintain continuous quality assurance

Additionally, you will be expected to review test cases created by team members, introduce test management tools, and help establish and operate a long-term quality assurance framework. You will also be involved in initiatives such as test automation to accelerate the release cycle, as well as promoting a company-wide culture of quality.

Required ・Experience in launching or leading a QA team ・5+ years of experience in QA for web or mobile applications ・Ability to identify issues in development teams, propose improvements, and implement solutions ・Alignment with the HRT (Humility, Respect, Trust) philosophy from Team Geek

Preferred ・Experience in developing and operating automated tests ・Experience in selecting and operating various test management tools ・Understanding and experience in usability and UI/UX ・Experience in API testing using tools like Postman ・Experience in investigating root causes of issues using sniffer tools such as Fiddler or Charles
