Lead internal audits/observations to verify program compliance with policies, procedures, and grant requirements; develop and update SOPs.

Coordinate annual professional development plans for grant-funded staff to meet state standards and ensure PD hours compliance.

Monitor changes in laws/regulations, conduct routine audits, provide technical assistance, and work with leadership to implement policy updates.

Must-have skills: Bachelor’s degree; at least 1 year in quality assurance, auditing, compliance, or related field; strong knowledge of grant/policy compliance; ability to translate policy into accountable actions; effective communication; capability to monitor program compliance and implement improvements

Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
Responsible for leading and audits and observation of work to evaluate program compliance with policies and procedures and adherence to grant requirements. Will ensure development and compliance of standard operating procedures and handling of personal identifiable identification. Will also be responsible for ensuring professional development is completed by all staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree.
One (1) year experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, auditing, or compliance assurance or related field.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Knowledge of program or grant policies and regulations.
Ability to translate policy and ensure accountability for all grant requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Knowledge in monitoring and assessing program compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree.
Three (3) to Five (5) years in auditing, program compliance, or regulations.
