About The Role
As a Retail QA Manager, you will make an impact by leading and executing testing strategies across retail systems and platforms. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with onsite client stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
In This Role, You Will
Lead and execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for retail systems. Collaborate directly with onsite client teams to gather requirements and define test scenarios. Provide daily status updates and actively participate in client meetings and walkthroughs. Manage defects through tracking, reporting, and resolution processes. Support UAT testing with a focus on retail workflows.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
