We are seeking Lead Post-Silicon Validation Engineer within the GPU Engineering Team to help drive development of future GPUs be used in 3D graphics, deep learning, HPC and automotive markets. What you'll be doing: In this role, you will manage and help lead post-silicon bringup, characterization, and productization of the memory system for NVIDIA's GPU products. Develop, qualify, and work on compliance of memory system software and firmware. You will be the primary contact for customers internal and external, and DRAM vendors for silicon issues relating to memory. Contribute through the GPU development cycle from concept, Plan of Record, Architecture, Micro-architecture, design, validation, physical design and tape out. What we need to see: Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience) 12+ years of proven experience with three years and working with memory systems in the lab. Direct experience in taking an SOC/GPU from concept level to production. Experience in DRAM, high speed DRAM Interfaces like HBM, GDDR and LPDDR and their timing, analog, and digital requirements. In Pre-Silicon phase, work with the design and verification teams to define features required for smooth bringup and productization. In Post-Silicon phase, bring the GPU from initial power-on through production. Ability to understand the Top N issues in a myriad of data. Ability to facilitate and make decisions looking at all the spokes in a decision wheel. Excellent written, verbal and technical communications. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience in working with DRAM vendors to debug post-silicon issues and drive solutions. Proven record of implementing processes and methodologies. System C or C++ development skills, or relevant programming experience. The base salary range is 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5, and 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD for Level 6. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
