Position Overview
We are seeking a QA Lead with strong expertise in software testing and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing test strategies, leading QA teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery of ITSM and networking-related products.
The role requires hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, defect management, and end-to-end test planning.
Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
Role & Responsibility
Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure high-quality product releases. Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, test plans, and test cases. Perform manual and automation testing of web and enterprise applications. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality. Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on product requirements. Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing for ITSM-related products. Work closely with development and product teams to understand technical requirements and business use cases. Identify, document, and track bugs and defects in the issue tracking system. Collaborate in root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and provide feedback for process improvements. Validate networking-related features, ensuring smooth communication between different components of the software. Verify compliance with ITIL and ITSM best practices in the product. Work with CI/CD pipelines and assist in test automation integration within the DevOps process. Stay updated with industry trends and new automation tools to improve testing efficiency Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Python, or similar frameworks (added advantage). Skills And Qualifications

Basic knowledge of APIs, database queries (SQL), and performance testing. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment with strong collaboration skills.
