Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow ITOM
Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing; validate CMDB data accuracy and ITIL processes; validate integrations with external tools
Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA; report QA metrics; collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects; participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
5+ years QA/testing experience; 2+ years in ServiceNow ITOM
Strong knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, ITIL
