5+ years QA testing experience, with 2+ years focused on ServiceNow ITOM
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management
Experience testing integrations between ServiceNow and external IT monitoring tools
Proficiency with ATF, JIRA, and test management tools; SQL querying capability
Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs; ITIL processes and CMDB data models
Deeper expertise in CMDB data modeling
Additional ServiceNow certifications or hands-on experience with web services testing
