Title: QA Tester (IVR)

Location: Hartford /CT

Duration: 6-12-month contract + extensions and possibility to convert

Job Description

• Experience in testing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems
• 3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Selenium, Java, Javascript
• Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
• Hammer experience desired
• Familiarity with IVR call flows
• Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles.Experience working in SAFe Agile environment.
• Experience with Test Management tools Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
• BDD Testing using Cucumber is a plus
• Sale Force experience is a plus
• Health Care experience - preferred
• Outstanding communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities Work with Test lead and support the Design and execution for contact center related testing activities Validate IVR applications Creates test scripts according to the business requirements. Responsible for planning, creating and Executing testcases
