Role & seniority: Test Center Administrator (part-time), reports to Test Center Manager; front-line role in Prometric test centers.
Stack/tools: Windows-based PCs; MS Office/Outlook; standard center security tools (wand scans), optional fingerprint capture where applicable.
Greet examinees, verify identification, and ensure fair, comfortable testing experience.
Monitor exams, enforce test center policies, and safeguard exam integrity.
Perform security checks, report issues with urgency, maintain secure center environment and materials.
High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year in in-person customer service.
Strong professional communication, accurate reporting, and ability to multi-task.
Able to bend, lift up to 40 pounds; comfortable moving through test rooms every 8–10 minutes; physical stamina for extended periods.
18+ years old; flexible scheduling and reliability.
College experience.
Prior experience in in-person, fast-paced environments (retail, hospitality, etc.).
Location & work type: Seabrook, NH; Site: 1 Chase Park; Part-time (20 hours/week), variable schedule; open Monday–Saturday 7am–6pm, Saturday availability required; occasional evenings and possible Sunday hours. Schedules published 2 weeks in advance.

Schedule: Site may be open Monday through Saturday 7am to 6pm. Saturday availability required. Occasional evening hours required. Possible, Sunday hours. Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - between the hours of 7am and 10:00 pm. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 20 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.
