Salary: 215 Center Pa
Role & seniority: Test Center Administrator (part-time, 20 hours/week); reports to Test Center Manager; front-line role in Prometric test centers.
Stack/tools: Microsoft Windows-based programs (MS Office, Outlook, web browser); test center security tools (wands, candidate verification); digital fingerprint recording if applicable.
Greet examinees, verify identification, and ensure a fair testing experience.
Monitor exams, enforce policies, and safeguard the test center environment.
Perform security checks, address candidate issues with urgency, and report incidents.
High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
At least 1 year of in-person customer service experience.
Professional communication, strong reporting skills, multi-tasking ability.
Basic computer skills (Windows/Microsoft Office); able to handle light setup/packaging tasks.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move within the test room as needed.
College experience.
Prior experience in test centers or regulated environments.

Part-time with varying shifts, scheduled 2 weeks in advance; Monday–Saturday operations 7am–6pm, Saturday availability required; occasional evenings/Sundays; flexible scheduling.

Schedule: Site may be open Monday through Saturday 7am to 6pm. Saturday availability required. Occasional evening hours required. Possible, Sunday hours. Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - between the hours of 7am and 10:00 pm. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 20 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.
