Test Documentation: Design, write, and maintain comprehensive Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases based on functional specifications and business requirements.
Execution: Perform various testing types including Functional, Regression, Integration, Sanity, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
Defect Management: Identify, log, and track software defects using tools like JIRA. You will be expected to provide detailed reproduction steps and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
Domain Alignment: Validate financial modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) to ensure they meet property management accounting standards.
Reporting: Provide regular status reports on test execution progress and summary reports for release readiness.
Technical & Professional Requirements
Experience: 2- 4 years in Manual Software Testing (Product-based company experience is a plus).
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems or Property Management software
Database Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (joining tables, filtering data) for data verification.
SDLC/STLC: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile/Scrum) and the Software Testing Life Cycle.
API Testing: Basic experience with tools like Postman or SoapUI for testing web services.
Web Technologies: Understanding of how web applications work (HTML, CSS, Browser Developer Tools).
