Here in the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence and Innovation, we are on a mission to transform Lloyds Banking Group. To realise this, we need a shift towards new approaches in developing the processes, systems and applications that underpin the Bank. We are achieving this by exploiting the capability of ServiceNow, an industry leading tool in automating colleagues’ experiences to enhance customer outcomes. Since the implementation of ServiceNow in 2018, we have delivered immense value through the platform, now hosting over 50 business processes spanning Risk, ITSM, Cyber, Change and Customer Payments…and we are just getting started. We are recruiting for a Tester who will work in a highly collaborative / Agile environment. Working hand in hand with Technical Squad Leads, Scrum Teams and Product Owners to test and validate success criteria delivered through Agile development. What you’ll need: 3+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform as a tester. Experience in testing various modules within ServiceNow (e.g. GRC, ITBM, ITSM, CMDB, Integrations) Testing experience on Service Catalog Integration Hub and Flow Designer and general integration Knowledge of workflows in various modules. Knowledge of creating and maintaining tests within the automated test framework (ATF). Ability to create Test Case Design, Test Planning and Test Strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate constraints, risks and dependencies. Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
