🚨 Hiring: Test Lead – Manual Testing | General Insurance Domain 🚨

Are you a Manual Testing expert with strong exposure to the Indian General Insurance domain? Ready to step into a Test Lead role and drive end-to-end QA delivery?

We are looking for a dynamic Test Lead who can

• 🔹 Lead Manual Testing projects in General Insurance
• 🔹 Handle core modules like Policy Admin, Claims, Underwriting & Endorsements
• 🔹 Manage SIT, UAT & Regression cycles independently
• 🔹 Drive defect management & stakeholder communication
• 🔹 Mentor a team of testers & ensure QA governance
• 🔹 Collaborate closely with Business, Dev & Product teams

📍 Location: Mumbai

📅 Experience: 7–10 Years

🎯 Must Have: Strong General Insurance project experience

✨ Ideal Candidate Profile

• ✔ Strong understanding of Insurance lifecycle (Quote → Policy → Claims)
• ✔ Experience in core systems like Guidewire / Duck Creek / TCS Bancs / In-house PAS
• ✔ Excellent client-facing & stakeholder communication
• ✔ Hands-on testing approach with leadership mindset
