At least over all 12-15 years at least with 5 years of lead experience Hands on QA practitioner who can advocate and implement best practices and quality standards. Working with Senior management to identify, understand the gaps and implement the precise solutions. Agile, Fast paced, environments who can coordinate, lead & implement multiple projects. Coordinate with all the teams to manage & lead any new initiatives. Focus on Functional/Technical/Performance/API/End to End Testing etc. Leading a QA staging environment, Streamlining the process. Few systems have already it and missing for more.
